Outstanding partnership prospects as you'll be joining the practice just as a key partner is due to retire / step back over the next 12 months. Tons of work – mainly commercial (c80%), some residential but crucially and unlike the expectations put upon many senior level roles, you don't need a following. That's not to say that an entrepreneurial approach and a track record of generating work wouldn't be appreciated! In order to play assume a visible and vital role in a small firm, a business‑minded lawyer is a pre‑requisite. Partnership prospects are very much on the cards in the short term. Role would be suitable for a 6+ pqe from a private practice background.
