Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire with hybrid working

Client

An innovative healthcare technology organisation

Role

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
• Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters including commercial, IP and data protection
• Risk management and protection of IP rights, patents and trademarks
• Wide commercial experience across this growing business, including regular exposure to the board

You

• 5+ years PQE solicitor with a proven track record in complex commercial agreements and strong knowledge of data protection law
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues in accessible terms
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
• Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
