This role involves draft negotiation and ensuring regulatory compliance in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and expertise in financial services or fintech, as well as the ability to work as a Solicitor in England & Wales without sponsorship.

Job Description
  • Review, draft, and negotiate ICT services contracts, including infrastructure, cloud, services, and solutions, suppliers, vendors, and intra-group.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation including DORA and outsourcing
  • Maintaining master agreements, checklists, and playbooks as needed
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Counsel should have:

  • The ability to work as a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales without sponsorship
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, especially within IT / procurement
  • Experience within the financial services or FinTech environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
