About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a leading law firm in Surrey for a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded Corporate and Commercial team. In this role, you’ll handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, gaining valuable experience and developing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, governance issues, and commercial agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts, ensuring precision and clarity.
• Undertake thorough legal research and analysis to provide well-rounded and strategic advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless and comprehensive legal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering personalized legal advice and exceptional service.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in managing a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters with a focus on client outcomes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Capable of managing a demanding workload while remaining organized and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• A collaborative, results-driven approach with a focus on providing top-tier legal services.
