Commercial Solicitor

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries.
• Supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.

Key Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection.
• Technically excellent, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a confidence leader and relationship builder.
