Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Bristol

A leading L100 firm is currently looking to strengthen its clinical negligence department with the hire of a Junior Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor for its Bristol office. This is an exciting time to join this firm.

The Team

This team is highly regarded for its work, acting on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases. In addition, it undertakes healthcare, medical malpractice, and regulatory work for a range of private insurers and private sector health and social care providers.

The Role

You will be responsible for the management of a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and insurers. You will also be responsible for the development of relationships with a range of clients.

About You

• You will ideally have had experience managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence or defendant medical malpractice/insurance
• You will be a qualified Solicitor at 1-5PQE – candidates outside of this may be considered.
