Job summary
A leading international law firm in Greater London seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join their expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in corporate law including M&A and private equity. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals for high-profile private funds. Exposure to energy law is a plus. Competitive package and growth potential offered.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in corporate law, particularly M&A or private equity.
- Exposure to energy law is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex and diverse deals for high-profile private funds.
- Provide advisory services in M&A and equity capital markets.
