A leading defendant law firm in the Midlands is seeking a Motor Recoveries Solicitor (1–3 PQE). You will manage a diverse caseload of motor recovery matters, working closely with senior Partners. Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in insurance litigation or motor claims.
• Confident in managing your own caseload with supervision.
• Commercially minded, well organised and comfortable working to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor recovery matters.
• Handle motor recoveries from initial assessment to resolution.
• Draft pre-action correspondence and enforcement documentation.
• Liaise with insurers and third parties.
• Progress matters in line with CPR and protocols.
