The Role
  • Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, and administration with clarity and confidence.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Represent clients in negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care.
  • Work closely with third parties, including tax authorities, financial institutions, and other legal advisors.
  • Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes, implementing best practice solutions across the team.
  • Provide tax‑aware guidance on estate planning and client wealth management strategies.
Skills Required
