  • Serve as a data ambassador—utilising key data and dashboards to analyse trends and present meaningful information that supports informed decision-making.
  • Serve as an advisor to senior leaders, providing support on talent management, project delivery, succession planning, and workforce planning.

  • Collaborate closely with specialist HR teams to provide high-impact people services.
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing throughout the organisation.
  • Drive performance management, talent development, and leadership growth.
  • Attendance at key group Bupa project meetings and calls and to communicate key updates with ownership of any actions / action allocation to the Cromwell people team
  • Deputise and cover for AHRD where required.

  • Experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a regulated, complex environment.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead people strategies across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Cromwell people team, deploy skill and resource where needed to people projects, and proven effective leadership and management of HR professionals

  • Responsive to business needs, change, and able to proactively initiate new programs of work when required.
  • Enthusiasm for data, analysis, and using data to drive decision making.
  • Expertise across the full HR spectrum, including talent management, rewards, engagement, inclusion, and organisational design.
