A healthcare organization in Nottinghamshire seeks a registered Mental Health Nurse to lead training initiatives. The role involves managing a team, developing training programs, and contributing to the Trust's mental healthcare agenda. Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about training the workforce of the future, to be able to deliver the highest quality of care. If so this is the role for you. You will work with a dedicated clinical education teach to prove training across a wide range of care groups within Nottinghamshire. The post holder will be a registered healthcare professional with significant clinical experience and the ability to lead and advise a team of Clinical Educators.
They will be required to lead the Trust Mental healthcare training agenda liaising within Learning and Organisational Development, the Trust, other organisations and stakeholders such as the wider healthcare community, service users and carers etc.
