A digital healthcare company is looking for an organised HR Assistant (People Associate) to support HR operations in Colchester. The role involves managing HR processes and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Candidates should have previous HR experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and be competent with Google Workspace. Salary: £27,000 per annum DOE
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, people‑focused, and looking to build or further develop a career in Human Resources.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently, providing comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle and acting as a first point of contact for HR‑related queries.
