Position Details

Position: Store Manager. Employer: Premium Busy Retail Store. Location: Edinburgh. Gross salary package: circa £38,000 per annum. Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5/6 days (tbc). Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), incentives, employer’s workplace pension.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a wide range of management functions essential to the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of a busy, multi‑product convenience store. This includes overseeing all aspects of store operations—from early morning openings to late‑night closures—while maintaining exceptional standards in customer service, stock control, and team leadership. Your duties will also include managing deliveries, upholding merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with health‑and‑safety protocols, and driving store performance through strategic planning and effective execution.
