As Legal Counsel for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty you will report directly to the Head of Intellectual Property (Global). You will provide legal support to the international business on all aspects of intellectual property law, including advising on the Group’s global trademark portfolio, delivering to the business the very highest standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance whilst supporting the business with its international growth.
You will also provide legal support to the global (excluding China) direct and indirect procurement teams negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts relating to the supply chain, professional services, logistics, facilities, visual merchandise and other third-party engagements.
You will support the legal team to develop and enhance effective working processes with the business to ensure that the business’ objectives are achieved within appropriate timescales and with the relevant stakeholder approval.
Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreaamteam are key. Even though we have requirements, our experience and background are just a guide, we still love to welcome applicants with more or less experience stated, provided necessary skills can be demonstrated.

We celebrate and support this by encouraging and hiring people with diverse backgrounds, cultures, voices, beliefs, and perspectives into our growing global workforce.
