As our Social Manager, you’ll help build and grow one of the UK’s fastest-growing medicated weight loss communities — taking ownership of our new Community Instagram from day one. From concept to creation, posting to performance, you’ll bring our members’ stories to life and show what medicated weight loss is really about.

Working closely with the broader Community Team, you’ll ensure our social presence reflects the real experiences of our 30,000-strong community — celebrating wins, breaking down stigma around GLP-1s, spotlighting our members, and sparking conversations that matter.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social — obsessed with creating scroll-stopping content and driving conversations around health, nutrition, weight loss, and culture.

• Owning Juniper’s community Instagram — from content creation to performance tracking and optimisation
• Creating social-first content that feels native, human, and timely
• Collaborating with the Community Team to bring our wider strategy to life
• Keeping our space warm, non-judgemental, and supportive through thoughtful community management
• Owning the community’s social performance end-to-end — tracking what’s working (and what’s not) and using those insights to drive what comes next
• Support on other community projects — we’re a fast-growing company so agility, curiosity, and collaboration are key.

• Social-first storyteller — confident creating static and short-form video content, and skilled at turning community moments into powerful stories. A sharp eye for content — you know how to capture real moments that connect people.
• Experienced in building and managing authentic, inclusive, and highly engaged social communities (3+ years)
• Not afraid to create content that connects people — even in a space that’s often judged. You lead with empathy, honesty, and a genuine desire to change the conversation around medicated weight loss.
• Culturally tuned in — you understand the GLP-1 conversation, stay on top of social trends, and care deeply about breaking stigma
• Data-driven and impact-focused — you don’t just report on performance, you act on insights and use them to shape what comes next
• Curious and experimental — you love testing new ideas, formats, and ways to engage your audience
• Collaborative and adaptable — you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and bring energy to every project
