We’re seeking a proactive, versatile and organised individual for a dynamic role that combines PA responsibilities with reception, office coordination and event support for a large Norwegian bank based in Central London. This position is initially a 3-6 month temp role with the strong view to transition to permanent. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role:
  • Initially focus on PA support for 3-6 months (temp-to-perm), including diary management, correspondence and administrative support.
  • Closely supporting a senior GM with PA duties.
  • Support front-of-house and office management, including reception duties, lunches and general office operations.
  • Assist with event coordination and other internal projects as required.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Office-based 5 days per week.

  • Proven PA experience, ideally supporting senior stakeholders.
