What you'll be involved in:

• Delicate hand assembly of electronic devices using soldering, epoxy, and bonding techniques, specifically under a microscope.
• Following, maintaining, and upholding all Company Operating Procedures, Quality Instructions, and policies.
• Working to process specifications, manufacturing instructions, and standards as determined by the product design.
• Meeting requirements of line and audit inspections to maintain AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
• Following written, pictorial, and verbal instructions from Engineers and team members.
• Highlighting re-work issues and recording failures as per company procedures.
• Keeping all areas clean, tidy, and free of ESD hazards; ensuring planned maintenance is performed.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Operations Support Engineering during redesigns and new product introductions.
• Working with Operations Test teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Participating in Continuous Improvement activities and new initiatives.
• Reporting problems with materials or equipment to management.
• Assisting in training new operators.
• Generating new manufacturing aids as needed.
• Supporting lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and KANBAN.
• Performing other duties as directed by Operations management.

• Prior experience in electronic assembly is essential.
• High level of dexterity.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to read complex assembly drawings and instructions.
