Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead multi-professional teams and promote independence.
• Experience in conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a practitioner for Occupational Therapy within the Learning Disability Services.
• Provide urgent and routine Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention.
• Facilitate safe discharge or referral on to alternative services.
