A specialist SEMH academy in England is seeking a dedicated Premises Manager to oversee site management and maintenance. The successful candidate will support the relocation and setup of a new school site, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This part-time role offers varied responsibilities and the chance for personal and professional growth within a dynamic team.
Premises Manager
£15,545 - £16,958 based on 18 hours per week, all year round
£31,954 - £34,860 (CLF Grade D) based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Permanent
Part-Time, 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The working pattern can be discussed at interview
January 2026 – on completion of pre employment checks.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to join the CLF Premises Team, supporting one of our specialist SEMH academies, Lime Hills Academy.
Currently based in Nailsea, Lime Hills Academy is preparing for an exciting future move to a brand-new, purpose-built site in Churchill, opening in the first half of 2027. This role will play a key part in relocating students, setting up the new site, and learning and managing the building systems, a fantastic opportunity to be part of a transformational journey, with the potential for increased hours as the academy grows.

A hands‑on, solution‑focused individual with experience in site management, facilities, or a transferable skill set
