A regional mental health trust in Manchester is seeking a Clinical Lead for its Mental Health Urgent Triage Team. The role includes clinical leadership and overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care during mental health crises. This six-month secondment offers a unique and high-impact leadership opportunity within the Greater Manchester Mental Health Urgent Triage Team (MHUTT), with a particular focus on the NHS 111 Dial 2 mental health service. The role is ideal for a clinically experienced and operationally astute professional seeking to broaden their leadership portfolio and contribute meaningfully to urgent mental health care transformation.
As Clinical Lead, you will be at the forefront of urgent mental health response across Greater Manchester, providing clinical leadership and operational oversight to a fast-paced, high-demand service. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of the NHS 111 Dial 2 pathway, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals in crisis.
