A community healthcare trust in Greater London seeks a Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care for service users experiencing emotional distress. Candidates should have at least two years of post-registration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. To be eligible, you must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with at least two years of post‑registration experience. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, work effectively as part of a team, and have a solid understanding of mental health issues, including experience in supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress.
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care. You will collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure high‑quality care delivery and must demonstrate the ability to engage service users and their families with empathy and compassion.
Ability to travel effectively and efficiently throughout all localities and surrounding areas is integral to the post.
