About the role:

We see a wide range of cases, including exotic animals, and provide opportunities for nurses to develop their skills. The surgery features state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, lab, and surgical equipment.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your nursing skills—admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients. Assistance from ANAs and an SVN will support theatre turnover and patient prep.

To succeed, you should have good general nursing experience, excellent customer service skills, and a cheerful, down-to-earth, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in animal welfare.

This is a full or part-time role, working 20 to 35 hours per week. Saturday shifts are optional. Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for 10-12 months starting in November/December 2025.
