Perle Hotels Ltd is recruiting a Night Porter to join the teams at The Bosville, Marmalade, and Bracken Hide Hotels in Portree, Isle of Skye.

This is a seasonal, full time role working 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday.

This is a guest facing position and an important one, as you will often be the sole member of staff on duty overnight and the first point of contact for guests.

• As Night Porter, you will welcome and assist guests during the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
• You will handle guest queries and issues professionally and calmly, using your initiative and problem solving skills.
• You will carry out overnight duties to support the smooth running of the hotel and ensure standards are maintained.
• You will be comfortable working alone and managing multiple tasks in a quiet but responsible environment.

• A professional, polite, and friendly manner with a genuine focus on guest service.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions when required.
• Ability to remain calm and organised, particularly when under pressure.
• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering a high standard of service.
• Previous experience using Stayntouch or Lightspeed systems is beneficial but not essential.

• Hourly rate of £13.50, plus a £1.00 per hour housing allowance if subsidised staff accommodation is not required.
