Registered Nurse Nights. Priesty Fields Care Home

• Hourly Rate : £24.27
• Shifts : 3 shifts per week 8pm-8am
• Contract : 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents ensuring their safety, comfort and dignity are prioritized at all times.
• Administering medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider care team.
• Monitoring residents’ conditions throughout the night responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
• Leading and supervising care staff during night shifts ensuring excellent standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families fostering a trusting and compassionate environment.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

• Overtime is paid for working over full‑time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
