Global asset management firm undergoing a transformative multi-year initiative to modernize its investment technology and operations landscape to enhance scalability, agility, and client-centricity across the firm's diverse investment products and services.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across business processes, technology platforms, and data ecosystems.

• Strategic Architecture Leadership: Define and implement end-state architectures that align with business objectives, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of AI-driven technologies and cloud-native solutions to optimize trading infrastructures and operational processes.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and manage cloud-based systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability and performance for trading and investment platforms.
• Digital Assets & DLT Integration: Develop and execute strategies for incorporating digital assets and distributed ledger technologies into the firm's investment offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Data, Delivery, and Change Management teams to ensure cohesive progress and integration of solutions.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences, advocating for smarter solutions that benefit the business and clients.
• Experience: Over 20 years in enterprise architecture within financial services, with a focus on investment and asset management.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), high-frequency trading systems, AI technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior architects, and drive solutions architecture across the business.
• Communication Skills: Strong communicator adept at delivering persuasive presentations and engaging with senior executives.
