A leading IT solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver on-site technical support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring high service standards, and closely collaborating with support teams. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with servers and networks, and ideally have exposure to Microsoft products, Citrix, VMWare or Cisco. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting servers, networks, printers, PCs, and applications.

Responsabilités

  • Provide 1st - 3rd line technical support for all customers.
  • Resolve customer incidents as quickly as possible (on and off-site).
  • Exceed department Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain communication with 1st and 2nd line technical support and other field engineers.
  • Provide technical guidance to helpdesk and field engineers.
