Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting servers, networks, printers, PCs, and applications.
• Experience with enterprise/mainstream technologies, particularly Microsoft products.
• Field role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st - 3rd line technical support for all customers.
• Resolve customer incidents as quickly as possible (on and off-site).
• Exceed department Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain communication with 1st and 2nd line technical support and other field engineers.
• Provide technical guidance to helpdesk and field engineers.
