As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll be accountable for:
- Reaching out to qualified leads online.
- Reviewing applications and providing tailored mortgage advice.
- Advising on second charge mortgages using company software.

- Building customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
- Working with case managers.
- Contributing to process improvements.
The Mortgage Advisor package includes:
- OTE of £60k - £70k with a basic salary up to £42k plus bonuses.
- £3k sign‑on bonus (£1k/month for three months).
