The ideal candidate will enjoy full autonomy over their diary, strong support through in-house training, and a significant 80% commission split. Responsibilities include advising clients on mortgage and protection products, managing applications, and building a personal client base. A CeMAP or CII Certificate is essential, but training is provided for new advisers.
