We are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join the team here at St Ermin’s Hotel. Part-time role: 3 days per week.

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will ensure that every guest dining in our restaurants and bars has a memorable experience. You will serve food and drinks, take orders, and clear tables. More importantly, you will get to know your guests and personalize their experience to create lifelong memories.

What will you be doing?

• Creating a fantastic first impression by providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Serving customers.
• Operating the till.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining standards and paying great attention to detail.
• Having previous experience in a similar environment.
• Being passionate about customer service and delivering great quality food & drinks.
• Greeting guests and taking their food and drink orders.
• Staying attentive to guest needs in the dining area.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to guests.
• Ensuring food orders are correct and presented well.
• Following health and safety standards in food handling.
• Performing shift duties such as delivering racks of cups, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and clearing debris.
