A leading financial services firm is seeking a legal support professional to assist with compliance and regulatory tasks related to fund operations. Responsibilities include drafting legal documentation, supporting teams with operational queries, and implementing compliance measures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in law, 2-3 years of asset management experience, and strong legal drafting and communication skills. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits including performance bonuses.
Providing support on legal and regulatory requirements for Capital Group’s funds (UCITS and AIFs) based in various jurisdictions in Europe under the supervision of more senior team members. Every person in the team is responsible for legal, regulatory, and compliance work and is expected to work with other teams across multiple jurisdictions.
The precise requirements of the role will develop over time in response to changing needs of the business. However, initially we would expect the successful candidate to have the following main responsibilities:
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
