This is a fixed term, full time, Housing Officer role within our Mobile Housing Team which will predominantly involve working in our City Locality Housing Team based in Pullar House - but may involve being asked to provide cover in other localities as and whenever required.
This is a busy, challenging and varied role providing comprehensive housing management services to tenants and residents in the base locality and on occasion across other localities within Perth and Kinross.
The individual appointed will be expected to support tenants to ensure they are comfortable and secure in their homes and provide advice and guidance to help tenants sustain their tenancies and contribute to attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods.
The role involves estate and tenancy management including neighbourhood, anti-social behaviour and environmental complaints, rent and arrears management, housing advice and information.
You will also be required to carry out visits to tenants' homes for tenancy and estate management purposes as part of the role.

You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
