Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of operational ELINT or technical ELINT analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting all-source or ELINT analysis at a Major Command level.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.

Job description

As an ELINT Analyst on our team, you'll collect, analyze, and report on ELINT signals in a key region to support a Combatant Command. You'll analyze ELINT and other government data on a specific targets or certain problem set. You'll apply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and collections to enhance the client mission. You'll product written analysis and briefings pertaining to the client region using ELINT to inform senior policymakers. You'll support analytic exchanges with inter‑agency and foreign counterparts to further inform Joint comprehension of the subject matter. You'll develop and maintain working relationships with key leaders and clients until staff. You'll support surge and crisis support, as needed.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of operational ELINT or technical ELINT analysis
  • 3+ years of experience supporting all-source or ELINT analysis and production at a Major Command level
  • Experience using systems, such as GALE or GALE‑LITE
  • Ability to support a 24/7 rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience with ELINT analysis, Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with ELINT analysis, or 6+ years of experience with ELINT analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience at a Combatant Command
  • Experience identifying military and commercial air or ground radar signals of interest
  • Knowledge of the air, ground, or maritime forces environment
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
