This is an excellent opportunity for two experienced Advanced Clinicians (ACP / ANP / Paramedic Practitioner) to join a friendly, close-knit, and forward-thinking GP surgery in Hailsham, East Sussex. The practice is recruiting due to increasing patient demand and capacity growth, alongside the planned retirement of a long-standing clinician.
You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive, family-feel team with a strong multi-disciplinary setup and a clear focus on clinician wellbeing. The practice serves a mixed demographic, from young families through to older and frail patients, and has a strong interest in developing specialist clinician interests such as frailty, care homes, and long-term conditions.
This is a training practice with a progressive vision for continued service development. The role would suit an autonomous clinician who enjoys acute presentations, values teamwork, and wants to help shape future models of care.
Interviews are planned for early January, with a view to appointing ahead of a February start (notice period dependant)
