About the Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly early years team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality care and education within an EYFS setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0 5
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and record children s progress and development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, reliable, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
