Qualifications

Role Details

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 15

Holidays: 31 days per year

Parking: Free on-site parking

What You ll Be Doing
  • Supporting children in a mixed-age, free-flow learning environment
  • Planning meaningful experiences inspired by children s interests
  • Modelling independence and encouraging a love of learning
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that reflects the setting s ethos
What We re Looking For
  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Passion for child-led, exploratory learning
  • Calm, warm, nurturing approach
  • Team-focused and positive attitude
  • Interest in Reggio Emilia or Montessori (training can be provided)
