A leading healthcare provider in Salisbury is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner for Orthopaedics to join their enthusiastic and motivated team. The role involves managing varied caseloads, supervising junior staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. This position offers a competitive salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 per annum pro rata based on hours worked.
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated senior orthopaedic practitioner. We are looking for an individual to help carry our service forward along with the current staff. We currently have 15 Consultants and run a 24/7 trauma service with elective theatres running alongside these theatres, encompassing elective and Trauma, upper, lower limb, and spines. Work on varied caseload using technology and equipment.
Supervise, develop junior members of the team.
Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients which will be evidence based.
Experience in completing audits.
Excellent communication skills and great team worker, flexible and motivated.
Able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
Teaching students
Support senior colleagues.
