Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Bracknell is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join their team. You will manage a caseload of patients, undertake assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate must be a registered mental health nurse, have a good understanding of relevant legislation, and possess driving abilities. - Registered Mental Health Nurse (or equivalent HCPC registration) required.
- Understanding of relevant legislation surrounding the Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health Act is essential.
- Ability to drive and have a car for work is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team managing a caseload of patients.
- Undertake assessments of patients and involve their families in care plans.
- Be responsible for formulating and executing care plans for patients.
- Supervise Support Workers and/or students.
- Provide advice on the needs of service users.
