As part of the Gateway team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, clinical decisions, and advice to service users and professionals. Do you want to work in a fast paced clinical environment supporting those with urgent mental health challenges? We're recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner specialising in Adult mental health to join the Gateway Team in Aylesbury! We are looking for autonomous, driven, and confident practitioner(s). You will have the opportunity for continuing professional development (CPD), with scope to influence service innovation and development. You will also provide high‑quality comprehensive telephone assessments for those identified as needing mental health support within a secondary mental health setting. This is an exciting chance to develop your career and skills set in a highly innovative and transformative service.
