A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to oversee nursing care and assist in creating care plans for residents. The role requires a Registered Nurse with strong leadership and communication skills, responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels and promoting the wellbeing of residents.
