A healthcare provider is seeking an Assistant Security / Violence & Aggression Officer at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. The role involves supporting the day-to-day management of security operations, including access control and CCTV systems. Candidates should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Security Management or possess equivalent experience and knowledge. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, with various learning options offered. Competitive salary range of £27,898 to £30,615 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health, Safety and Security Team as a Security / Violence and Aggression Officer.
This vacancy is based in Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli.
The main duties of this role are:
Level 3 Diploma in Security Management or equivalent experience and knowledge along with Security Service experience in healthcare (or security related service) are essential. Experience of the criminal justice process with enforcement agencies including victim/witness support and thorough knowledge of security related standards and procedures are desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
