About Psych Health

Role Overview

This hybrid clinical psychologist role is based at one of JLR’s centres for wellbeing in Whitley or Gaydon. You will deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal‑oriented treatment to adult patients both face‑to‑face and remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional one‑to‑one psychological triage, assessment and brief treatment to a caseload of adult patients.
  • Provide fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, rotating through CPD sessions, training and peer supervision.
  • Develop specialist capabilities in workplace‑focused psychological therapy and facilitate related training programmes.
  • Conduct specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work, vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity and cognitive assessments).
  • Design and deliver impactful mental health workshops for our key clients.
  • Create a personalised annual development plan to realise long‑term professional ambitions.
Qualifications
  • HCPC‑registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with relevant experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings.
  • Strong background in evidence‑based psychological therapies and brief, solution‑focused interventions, delivered face‑to‑face and via video call.
  • Experience working with a diverse adult demographic.
  • Highly regarded if experienced in delivering neurodiversity assessments.
  • Commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition and active contribution to service development.
  • Desirable experience in designing and delivering mental health‑related training sessions or workshops.
  • Team‑oriented individual eager to join a large, expanding psychology collective.
