Job summary
A general practice in Stourbridge is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their busy team. You will assist in patient care including treatment and preventative services, and collaborate closely with an established team of nurses and healthcare professionals. The role requires management of long term conditions, wound care, and immunisations. Continuous professional development is promoted. The position is 30-37 hours per week and offers an engaging work environment catering to a diverse patient population.
Qualifications
- Experience of working as practice nurse.
- Experience in wound care and childhood immunisations.
- Experience of managing long term conditions.
- Experience of working as a team.
Responsibilities
- Providing assessment, screening and treatment services.
- Advise patients on general health care and minor ailments.
- Participate in the education and training of all staff.
