Job summary
A marketing firm in Coalisland is seeking a Marketing and Administration Assistant to support marketing campaigns and oversee office operations. - Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media posts across platforms.
- Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Help coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on competitors and trends.
- Update and maintain website content as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies.
- Provide general support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing software.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role.
