The Role

The Business Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, closely with the sales team and in the enterprise HR space within your specific region(s). This role bridges strategic planning and hands‑on execution, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Accountabilities
Event management
  • Manage event planning and execution for regional events including third party conferences, roundtables, networking events etc.
  • Track ROI from events and ensure sales follow up takes place.
  • Develop effective messaging and communication plans pre and post event.
  • Use all events to support sales leaders to engage with target accounts and create pipeline within the region.
  • Work closely with the sales team when they attend networking events to ensure meetings are booked and leads followed up.
  • Support senior stakeholders to ensure they are briefed thoroughly on the event, have travel and hotel organized and understand timelines.
  • On‑site support - attend events to ensure smooth running and problem solving on the day.
ABM Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Roll out Global ABM Campaigns to the region through local channels (eg events) or tailoring messaging based on segment insights and buyer personas.
  • Deliver regional ABM campaigns where needed to drive pipeline from target segments and execute across relevant channels - digital, email, events etc.
  • Work as part of a sector‑focused growth team to develop and implement ABM strategies tailored to strategic accounts.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Keep track of the progress of MQLs within the region and how they are moving through the funnel.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
Content & Messaging
  • Develop or tailor compelling content tailored to HR and TA leaders in the UK.
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with buyer pain points and industry trends.
  • Ensure messaging and visuals are aligned with the global AMS brand.
Internal communications
  • Work with the Head of EMEA and UK&I Marketing to executive a regular communication cadence to the sales team and client partnering team to ensure they are aware of our marketing can how they can use it.
Skills & Experience
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing events end‑to‑end (A‑Z), including third‑party conferences, roundtables, and networking events
  • Strong B2B marketing experience with a commercial understanding of how events and campaigns drive pipeline
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to support target account engagement, lead follow‑up, and ROI tracking
  • Hands‑on experience delivering ABM campaigns, including local rollout of global initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholders
  • Data‑driven approach with experience tracking MQLs, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities proactively and at pace
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience developing or tailoring content and messaging aligned to buyer personas and industry trends
  • Exposure to digital marketing channels (email, digital, events) within an integrated campaign approach
  • Experience working within a matrix or global organisation
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas and drive continuous improvement across marketing activity
