Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, media advertising, and event channels to enhance brand awareness, customer growth, loyalty, and sales
• Collaborate across teams to create high-quality, brand-aligned content for digital and print
• Manage campaign calendars and assist with events, partnerships, and VIP experiences to boost engagement
• Track campaign performance and analyze trends to improve effectiveness and support commercial objectives
• Assist with PR, copywriting, budgeting, and internal training to ensure smooth marketing operations

Requirements:

• Strong background in online and offline marketing, including producing direct mail pieces, brochures, and print materials; familiarity with digital and CRM channels is essential
• Exceptional multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confidence to push boundaries in attracting new customers and exploring untapped opportunities
• Understanding of KPIs, competitive pricing, and how commercial insights inform marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with creating briefs, managing revisions, and delivering polished campaigns
