Our client is seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on innovation and is ready to take their social media game to the next level. The Role:

This role is so much more than just creating content and that's why we need someone with an insatiable appetite and drive to lead the pack in the social media sphere. You'll be working with the best in the business, diving into customer data to understand and map out customer touchpoints, crafting targeted campaigns and fine‑tuning your content strategy to allow you to stay on top of daily trends and engage with the audience in real‑time! This person will be curious, hungry for knowledge and will be one step ahead of the department, making them aware of the next big thing to rock the world of social media.

Specific Duties:
  • Craft and execute cutting‑edge social media and email marketing strategies for the company's brands across various social platforms.
  • Proactively generate dynamic, innovative, and captivating posts for all social media channels and brands. This involves forecasting and scheduling short, medium, and long‑term content, essential messages, and trending stories.
  • Produce compelling content on diverse platforms (consumer and business) like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop a content strategy catering to every stage of the customer journey, ensuring interactive experiences.
  • Coordinate with the in‑house photographer to outline visuals for social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media advertising to boost growth on e‑commerce platforms, assess campaign performance, and implement enhancements based on insights.
  • Conduct audience analysis and explore social media landscapes to suggest innovative approaches, ensuring the brands are visible in emerging customer channels.
  • Monitor competitors' activities on social media, extract insights, and apply learnings to enhance strategies.
  • Regularly track and evaluate social media key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Deliver internal reports and suggestions for enhancing performance on a weekly, monthly, and campaign‑specific basis.
The Person:

We are seeking an individual who lives and breathes social media. Proficiency in utilising social media scheduling tools and analytics is a must, alongside a knack for creating engaging and persuasive digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

A hunger for continuous learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills are highly valued. Strong writing, numeracy, and presentation abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset, are essential traits we are looking for. Additional information:
  • This role is full time, permanent and office based
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Salary advertised is negotiable depending on experience
