Forming part of Sagentia Regulatory is Leatherhead Food Research, a membership‑based organisation serving the food & beverage industry. We provide tailored regulatory advice and global insights to both members and individual clients, helping them bring products to market in over 150 countries.
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to plan, promote and deliver webinars, in‑person events, conferences, exhibition stands and sponsorships for Sagentia Regulatory and Leatherhead Food Research.
This is a dynamic role within a collaborative marketing team. You will need 3+ years’ experience in events and / or marketing, ideally B2B, and strong organisational skills. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be proactive, team‑oriented, and confident engaging with colleagues at all levels.
You must have experience in end‑to‑end event planning and a good understanding of marketing campaigns and budgets. You will ensure events align with business objectives, deliver impact, and achieve ROI through timely follow‑up. The role demands excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
Based in Epsom, with occasional UK travel (London, Cambridge, Knaresborough).
