Digital Marketing Executive Part Time
Fully Remote Competitive Salary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities on a part-time basis (2 3 days per week).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing online company, which sells a range of online recruitment advertising solutions with a diverse client list including BAE Systems, Heathrow Airport, DWP, IAG and so many more.
The Digital Marketing Executive role is fully remote, with very occasional travel required to Hertfordshire/London for team meetings or events.
You will be working on an award-winning website, dedicated to empowering Women in Tech, therefore a passion for diversity, inclusivity and equality is beneficial.

- Manage and oversee social media activity across all channels
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, provide regular analysis, and produce performance reports
- Implement and optimise SEO strategies to drive growth
- Create insightful and relevant content, such as articles and guides, to establish thought leadership within our sector
- Support the planning and promotion of events
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver client work and ensure performance metrics are achieved
- Coordinate and distribute email newsletters
- Manage the content calendar
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Proficiency with tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Canva and Wordpress (Elementor)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
- Creativity in campaign development and content creation
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proactive, thought provoking ideas and a positive attitude
