The role

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role supporting the day-to-day delivery of influencer marketing activity across gifting, paid partnerships, content and events. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in scaling an established influencer programme within the luxury beauty space.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting daily influencer gifting and seeding programmes
  • Managing influencer lists, databases, pipelines and address logs
  • Coordinating product send-outs and tracking deliveries
  • Scouting and identifying new creators aligned to brand positioning
  • Assisting with paid influencer campaigns, briefs, contracts and usage documentation
  • Tracking budgets, deliverables, timelines and post-live activity
  • Managing influencer and UGC content libraries, tagging and filing assets
  • Supporting basic filming and editing for social content and events
  • Communicating day-to-day with influencers, agents and talent managers
  • Supporting PR initiatives, VIP gifting moments and influencer events
  • Maintaining organised trackers, reports and performance logs
How you’ll dazzle us
